The External Learning and Professional Development Unit
Lifelong Learning, Professional Training, and Opportunities for Career and Community Development

The External Learning and Professional Development Unit at Al-Qasemi Academy promotes lifelong learning and offers a wide range of training programs, certificate studies, professional courses, professional development pathways, and continuing education programs, alongside specialized training in sports, fitness, and health.
The Unit bridges current academic knowledge, practical experience, societal needs, and the evolving demands of the labor market. Its programs are designed for educators, academics, civil servants and public service employees, tour guides, managers, professionals in various roles, sports instructors and coaches, school students, institutions, organizations, and members of the community.
Studies are offered in a variety of formats, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid learning, workshops, and practical training. The programs integrate theoretical knowledge, applied tools, innovation, digital skills, and adaptation to the needs of participants and professional settings.
The Unit aspires to serve as a leading hub for lifelong learning, professional training, and human capital development in Arab society and Israeli society.
We believe that learning does not end with the completion of a degree or the receipt of a certificate. It is an ongoing process that enables individuals to renew their knowledge, develop skills, broaden employment opportunities, respond to professional and technological change, and make a meaningful impact in the workplace and the community.
The Unit develops high-quality, accessible, and relevant programs that combine academic excellence, professional applicability, innovation, social responsibility, and cultural sensitivity.
