The Master of Teaching (M. Teach) program is designed for graduates with a bachelor's degree in various fields, preparing them for the teaching profession and qualifying them to obtain two credentials simultaneously: a master's degree and a teaching certificate, within a two-year period.

The central objectives of the program include:

  1. Training teachers and future professionals in the field of education, holders of a bachelor's degree (B.A.) in various disciplines, to teach these subjects by integrating innovative teaching methods and acquiring the ability to address expected challenges in the 21st-century education system.

  2. Providing students with the theoretical, research, and applied foundations necessary for a professional transition into the teaching profession at the second-degree level.

  3. Training teachers and future professionals in the field of education, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to teach in a diverse environment, focusing on the development of marginalized children and youth facing specific social and environmental risks.

  4. Empowering students to acquire knowledge and skills in the areas of learning and instructional design in rich, technology-infused environments.

  5. Offering opportunities for specialization students to acquire updated knowledge and proficiency in various assessment methods for learning processes and products.

The mission of the Master of Teaching (M.Teach) program at Al-Qasemi Academy, as reflected in the Graduate Studies Department, is to prepare teachers who see themselves as having an educational, scientific, and societal mission in:

  • Teaching
  • Interacting with teenagers and accompanying them during crucial developmental stages
  • Educating a generation capable of adapting to and leading scientific changes in various life domains
  • Acquiring professional tools suitable for working with students of different levels, propelling them all toward academic, emotional, and social success, and elevating their personal and psychological performance
  • Preparing professional teams working in an environment that utilizes technology to develop the educational encounter and relationships between the school, students, and homes. These teams should be able to navigate different educational conditions, especially during emergencies such as infectious disease pandemics.
