Students (Incoming)
Students who want to apply for an exchange program, or short-term programs, please check that your home institution and Al-Qasemi have an academic cooperation (Erasmus+ or MOUs) by contacting the international relations office at your home institution. Then, the IR office in your home institution has to nominate you and send us a formal E-mail according to deadlines approved by both institutions.

- Recommendation letter from the dean of the faculty or a professor from your department
- Motivation letter
- Medical Certificate

There are two options for accommodation: Off-Campus (5 to 10 minute walk) and On-campus

- Each room is equipped with two beds, bathroom with a toilet, wardrobe, mini fridge, mini kitchen, mirrors, air conditioner, TV, and WIFI.

Each student, researcher, professor, guest and visitor, including accompanying family members must have full health insurance coverage prior to their arrival and must be valid for the whole period of their stay. The office of International Academic Relations opens a call for application each year for Erasmus+ Student Mobility to study abroad in a European university for a period of at least 3 months and maximum 12 months.
What is Erasmus+ Student Mobility?
Erasmus+ Student Mobility offers students the opportunity to study abroad at universities that have Erasmus Charter for Higher Education and agreement with Al-Qasemi Academic College of Education. The study plan during mobility has to be compatible with students’ majors at Al-Qasemi.
Exchange students receive a grant, which is a contribution to travel and the cost of living and studying in another country.
Students are selected for an Erasmus+ Study Mobility on the basis of academic ability and the relevance of the proposed study plan to their studies at Al-Qasemi.
Participants in the Erasmus+ Study Mobility Program continue to pay tuition fees at Al-Qasemi, but are exempted from tuition at the host institution.
Credits for courses successfully completed at the host institution, will be considered for your degree at the home institution, after being approved by your department.

- Required English Level: Advanced B2 grade 80 and above or exemption from studying English

Generally, the process is as follows:
- First, Al-Qasemi students have to apply through the college’s online application according to call deadlines
- Second, after assessing the applications in accordance with Erasmus + program regulations “a selection process that is fair, transparent and documented, ensuring equal opportunities to participants eligible for mobility”, Al-Qasemi has to nominate the students to the host institution
- Third, the host institution will contact the nominees in order to complete another application

Incoming staff members who wish to visit Al-Qasemi under Erasmus+ programme KA107 are encouraged to apply. According to Erasmus+ regulations, incoming staff members coming for teaching, must teach at least 8 academic weekly hours.

- Upload a copy of passport
