On Thursday, June 15, 2023, Al-Qasemi Academic College celebrated the graduation of more than two hundred of its M.Ed. graduates in a significant ceremony attended by their families and prominent personalities.

The ceremony opened with a fragrant recitation of Quranic verses by student Youssef Sweitat, followed by a series of speeches initiated by Sheikh Abdul Raouf Al-Qawasmi – Chairman of the Board of Trustees – who congratulated the graduates and stressed the importance of knowledge and walking in accordance with the Islamic education curriculum, followed by Attorney Afif Abu Tohme – Chairman of the Board of Directors – who praised the achievements of the Academy at all levels, especially those of the past academic year, and emphasized the responsibility of the graduates in supporting the future of the Arab community. This was followed by Professor Gabriela Shalev – Chairperson of the Academic Council of Al-Qasemi Academic college – who praised the quality of both teaching and scientific research at the Academy in comparison with the major academic institutions and universities at the local and global level, and expressed her full confidence that Al-Qasemi Academic College will continue to rise to achieve its goals with the cooperation of its cadres, students and graduates, and to compete with the largest academic institutions in the country.

Professor Anwar Rayan – President of the College – congratulated the graduates on completing a new stage in their academic careers and praised the efforts they have made to achieve their goal, stressing the importance of continuing to work towards advanced academic titles and careers. He also pointed out in his speech that Al-Qasemi Academic College is close to finalizing agreements that will allow graduates to obtain the third title (PhD level) in its entirety.

It is worth mentioning that Etidal Abu Raya, a graduate, delivered a speech to the graduates on behalf of her colleagues and addressed the audience with heartfelt words in which she reviewed the most important stages of academic education in Al Qasemi.

The ceremony included musical performance that delighted the audience and was delivered  by the electrophonic orchestra conducted by Dr. Muhammad Musa Khalaf.
