As part of the Staff Preparation Day for the 2025\u20132026 academic year, Dr. Afnan Mawassi-Gharra, Head of the International Academic Relations Unit at Al-Qasemi Academy, conducted an interactive workshop titled \u201cMultilingual and Multicultural Communication.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop focused on the importance of effective communication in a diverse and multilingual academic environment, highlighting the role of internationalization in higher education as a means of fostering openness, collaboration, and global engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through interactive activities, participants explored personal and institutional growth, reflected on the concept of \u201cwings and sky,\u201d<\/em> and discussed practical approaches to promoting internationalization within the Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session also introduced Erasmus+ initiatives, international collaborations, and research partnerships with universities across Europe, Asia, and the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop concluded with a call for the continued involvement of academic and administrative staff in advancing Al-Qasemi Academy\u2019s internationalization efforts and strengthening its presence within the global academic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
